1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the trip.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges will apply as per the cancellation policy applicable to the package booked. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable charges.
3. Changes & Modifications
Any changes or modifications to the itinerary after booking will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification. TYDD will not be responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, health, and baggage loss. TYDD does not provide insurance coverage.
6. Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel. TYDD is not liable for any health issues arising during or after the trip. Please adhere to all local health guidelines.
7. Responsibility & Liability
TYDD acts only as a booking agent and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by suppliers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Behavior
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules of accommodation and transportation providers. TYDD reserves the right to remove any traveler violating this policy without a refund.
9. Pricing
All prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, changes in fuel costs, or other economic factors. Final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
10. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
